Want to make a broadcast studio in 2026?
In 2026, Cultivate the Chaos and Learnivation Pty Ltd RTO 45570 is launching a very limited first cohort of the BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management in Nambour. We start with four students from our 2025 Events crew and we have four more places available for young people aged 16 to 19.
This Leadership course is an immersive work-experience where the students will build business capacity, create new work, develop foundational care habits and develop their specific interests within these areas.
Starting in February, the Leadership Crew will help design and develop NambourLive.com. A broadcast training studio in the heart of Nambour. They will learn enough of the tech side (broadcast equipment, production, programming) and the business side (monetisation, audience building, stakeholder relationships, products, scheduling) to develop NambourLive.com as a periodic live-broadcast studio providing broadcasting opportunities for young and old, community and business on the Sunshine Coast.
Alongside NambourLive.com, students will step into higher-level management roles with the STUFFit Student Film Festival, delivering capacity-building outcomes that will support the professional growth and sustainability of this 14 year-old event.
The Spark Leadership framework includes four key “Skills Quests”: Lead Self, Lead Others, Lead Efficiency & Growth, and Lead Strategy. Students learn about their mindset, understand their thinking preferences using Whole Brain Thinking, and build routines that support health, wellbeing and performance so they can show up as their best self. They then extend this into leading teams, communicating clearly, resolving conflict, improving systems, and thinking strategically across multiple projects.
This pathway, delivered by Learnivation Pty Ltd RTO 45570 as BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, gives students a nationally recognised qualification alongside real experience. The course fee is $6000, and the program runs from 5th February to 19th Nambour with face-to-face days supported by industry mentors, skills coaching and project work. For young people who’d rather build a broadcast studio, run a festival and design real projects than sit in a classroom, this could be their next step into leadership, creative industries and future work.
Let me know if you have a young person in your life who like to experience this style of education and you’d like to have a chat.
